BOOKING POLICY: All event service requests must be received at least 14 days in advance of the event in order for us to confirm staffing and schedule availability. The event must be booked/ confirmed at least 7 days prior to an event in order to be officially scheduled.  (exceptions may be made for post-season/ championship events)
